CIOCC NASCE ALL'INIZIO DEGLI ANNI 70 E DA ALLORA COMINCIA LA SUA CRESCITA E AFFERMAZIONE A LIVELLO INTERNAZIONALE
Ottenendo importanti risultati.

CIOCC IS BORN AT THE BEGINNING OF THE 70'S AND SINCE THEN IT HAS BEGAN ITS GROWTH AND AFFIRMATION AT INTERNATIONAL LEVEL

Achieving important results. In 1977, in San Cristobal, Venezuela, Claudio Corti became an amateur cycling world champion on a CIOCC bike and the following year he also won an amateur Giro d'Italia. Also in these years the Polish team chooses to run on CIOCC bikes, getting a second place at the 1980 Moscow Olympics.

BETWEEN 1977 AND 1979 THE BRAND IS PURCHASED BY LUIGI CONTI, A KNOWN BUILDING ENTREPRENEUR OF THE LOW BERGAMASCA WITH THE HAPPY PASSION FOR CYCLING.

In the 1980s he created a company that has no equal in Europe for the production of high-level racing frames. In those years they used CIOCC bicycles some well-known names of national and international cycling such as Davide Cassani from 1982 to 1985, Lucien Van Impe, Stefano Allocchio, Massimo Podenzana, Patrizio Gambirasio, Stefano Dazzan and many others. Suffice it to say that most of them were followed by the well-known team manager Bruno Reverberi. In those years, thanks to the experience of exceptional frame makers and welders, the demands of CIOCC frames increased year by year throughout the world. In 1991 Mr. CONTI decided to sell the company for personal reasons and proposed to Stefano Bonati and two other frame builders who were already part of the production department, to continue the activity. Since then Stefano Bonati, after having been a filer, a welder and a painter of CIOCC frames, became the owner as well as the creator of all the steel frames.
