The Bicycle Renaissance

The bicycle celebrates its renaissance at the Milan Triennale with an exhibition that highlights the vitality of the two wheels, an instrument of mobility for cities and metropolises, but also an object on which a new way of production is hinged.

The Bicycle Renaissance from March 2 to April 2 at the Milan Triennale tells through fifteen bicycle models the evolution and the different variations of the two wheels: city, racing, transport, design bikes, in carbon, steel up to those made to measure thanks to new digital manufacturing technologies.

The bicycle, in fact, appears today as an emblematic product of the revolution that today transforms not only the ways of producing but also those of consuming. From here starts a reflection that broadly embraces a new way of doing business and economy, embodied by a product that welds technology, design and lifestyles.

The exhibited elements and the proposed routes become the spokesperson for a new Made in Italy manufacture in all its uniqueness and creativity.
After the Triennale exhibition The Bicycle Renaissance will move to Tel Aviv for the start of the Giro d'Italia as a Made in Italy ambassador.

The Bicycle Renaissance will be open to the public from 2 March to 2 April 2018, from Tuesday to Sunday (10:30 am to 8:30 pm), free admission.
