Wonder Boost

 La Wonder Coop è una cooperativa con fine sociale, e allo stesso tempo una startup, cui brevetto tecnologico sta per dare un contributo significativo al mondo delle biciclette elettriche, con la ‘borraccia intelligente WonderBoost’.

In particolare la cooperativa sociale Woonder è la prima e unica in Italia di tipo B, che inserisce persone con disabilità nel mondo del lavoro, operando nel settore energetico. A Misano, in occasione di Italia Bike Festival, il range extender progettato e prodotto dalla Wonder, non solo si è fatto notare, ma promette di essere con le sue caratteristiche un oggetto indispensabile per le nostre e-bike.

WonderBoost è realizzato in Italia e si avvale della collaborazione di Oli Sport. Per ottenere quella che simpaticamente chiamano in azienda ‘la borraccia elettrica intelligente’, ci sono voluti due anni d’ideazione e di progettazione, dove sono stati coinvolti sette tra tecnici specializzati e ingegneri.

Il range extender è realizzato in alluminio anodizzato, disponibile in vari colori, offre un collegamento universale indipendente della tensione di funzionamento dell’e-bike cui è connessa, si adatta al funzionamento di tutti gli accumulatori compresi tra i 12 e i 48 Volt. WonderBoost non si surriscalda, opera in condizioni lineari e oltre a garantire il funzionamento della batteria primaria della bici elettrica, ne allunga la durata di vita.

The Wonder Coop is a cooperative with a social purpose, and at the same time a startup, whose technological patent is about to make a significant contribution to the world of electric bicycles, with the 'WonderBoost intelligent water bottle'.

In particular, the Woonder social cooperative is the first and only type B social cooperative in Italy, which places people with disabilities into the world of work, operating in the energy sector. At Misano, on the occasion of the Italia Bike Festival, the range extender designed and produced by Wonder not only stood out, but promises to be an indispensable object for our e-bikes with its characteristics.

WonderBoost is made in Italy and takes advantage of the collaboration of Oli Sport. It took two years of conception and design to obtain what they kindly call in the company 'the intelligent electric bottle', in which seven specialized technicians and engineers were involved.

The range extender is made of anodized aluminum, available in various colors, offers a universal connection independent of the operating voltage of the e-bike to which it is connected, adapts to the operation of all batteries between 12 and 48 Volts. WonderBoost does not overheat, operates in linear conditions and in addition to guaranteeing the functioning of the primary battery of the electric bike, it extends its life.

Può essere ripiegata su se stessa per diventare una specie di trolley che possiamo infilare sotto alla scrivania. La sua struttura a pannelli le consente di essere personalizzata e il suo design le è già valso l’Innovation Award Honoree della giuria del CES.

It can be folded back on itself to become a sort of trolley that we can slip under the desk. Its panel structure allows it to be customized and its design has already earned it the Innovation Award Honoree of the CES jury.

"Trackting BIKE".

 Al CES (Consumer Electronic Show), il più importante palcoscenico mondiale per il settore della tecnologia, Trackting è stata ambasciatrice del Belpaese dal 5 all'8 gennaio per lanciare una nuova raccolta di capitali nel 2023 e per mostrare la sua ultima novità, il "Trackting BIKE".

La startup è stata scelta insieme ad altre 50 (di cui 9 della regione Marche) per rappresentare il Made in Italy al CES di Las Vegas: sarà esposta tutta la gamma Trackting BIKE, nella quale spicca il modello T9, il dispositivo GPS da abbinare all’App pensato appositamente per bici sportive dotate di forcella ammortizzata, dove il device va nascosto grazie a un sistema di aggancio brevettato. Il nuovo dispositivo T9 ha un design cilindrico (L 155, diam. 22 mm) ed è dotato di un sistema brevettato per applicarlo all’interno della forcella anteriore ammortizzata in pochi semplici passaggi, anche per utenti non esperti. É sufficiente inserirlo nel telaio e ruotare la ghiera con l’aiuto della sua speciale chiave anti-manomissione per farlo aderire in modo sicuro e permanente all’interno del telaio. E per ricaricare la batteria, basta attaccare il cavo alla porta con connettore magnetico senza dover mai rimuovere il device. 

"Siamo estremamente orgogliosi di esser stati chiamati dalla nostra Regione e da ICE come ambasciatori dell’high tech italiano in un contesto così privilegiato" sottolinea Claudio Carnevali, CEO di Trackting. "L’occasione è ancor più importante, se non strategica, perchè ci stiamo preparando ad attrarre nuovi investitori internazionali con un round A di almeno 2 milioni di euro che apriremo nei prossimi mesi. Abbiamo già chiuso un seed round lo scorso anno, nel 2021, dove abbiamo portato a bordo investitori importanti e affini al nostro business, come B Holding, a cui fa capo il programma di incubazione B Heroes, e 9 Invest società di investimento di Ciro Immobile, già da tempo attento ai nuovi scenari della mobilità".

Il sistema è composto da tracker GPS e App e permette di far comunicare la bici con il suo proprietario che, con un semplice gesto sullo smartphone, può attivare la protezione antifurto ogni volta che scende e si allontana dal mezzo. Se da quel momento la bici viene spostata, il dispositivo avvisa l’utente del tentato furto con tre azioni: chiamata telefonica, notifica in App e tracciamento in tempo reale della bici (e del ladro) sulla mappa. L’App offre anche alcune altre funzionalità come quelle per comporre automaticamente il numero delle Forze dell'Ordine sul cellulare e per condividere la posizione della bici rubata così da facilitarne il recupero.

"Finora bici ed e-bike sono state facili obiettivi per i ladri, rispetto ad altri mezzi, grazie al fatto di essere più semplici da sottrarre e, per contro, difficili da far recuperare. Ed è proprio sulla tempestività di reazione che vogliamo puntare con Trackting Bike T7. Aiutiamo l’utente non solo sentirsi più tranquillo ogni giorno, ma soprattutto a reagire immediatamente al tentativo di furto, superando il fatidico ‘momento panico’" dichiara Claudio Carnevali.

Trackting BIKE è l’unico sistema sul mercato a possiede una speciale gestione della batteria ricaricabile interna, definita dall’azienda dual charge. Il dispositivo infatti è in grado di destinare solo una parte di batteria all’utilizzo “standard” dell’antifurto, ovvero in modalità Lock con mezzo parcheggiato, offrendo in questo caso una durata di oltre 6 mesi. Il resto della batteria non viene mai intaccata se non per il tracciamento continuo in caso di furto, in modo da garantire una durata fino a 8 ore di movimento in allarme.  

La gamma Trackting BIKE sarà disponibile dalla prossima primavera sullo shop online trackting.com e nei negozi specializzati in Italia. Prezzi al pubblico: 99 euro per il modello T7 e 129 euro per il modello T9. 

At CES (Consumer Electronic Show), the most important world stage for the technology sector, Trackting was the ambassador of Italy from January 5 to 8 to launch a new capital raising in 2023 and to showcase its latest novelty, the " Tracking BIKE".

The startup was chosen together with 50 others (of which 9 from the Marche region) to represent Made in Italy at CES in Las Vegas: the entire Trackting BIKE range will be exhibited, in which the T9 model stands out, the GPS device to be combined with the 'App specifically designed for sports bikes equipped with suspension forks, where the device is hidden thanks to a patented coupling system. The new T9 device has a cylindrical design (L 155, diam. 22 mm) and is equipped with a patented system to apply it inside the front suspension fork in a few simple steps, even for non-expert users. Simply insert it into the frame and rotate the ring nut with the help of its special anti-tamper key to make it adhere securely and permanently inside the frame. And to recharge the battery, just attach the cable to the port with magnetic connector without ever having to remove the device.

"We are extremely proud to have been called by our Region and by ICE as ambassadors of Italian high tech in such a privileged context" underlines Claudio Carnevali, CEO of Trackting. "The opportunity is even more important, if not strategic, because we are preparing to attract new international investors with an A round of at least 2 million euros which we will open in the coming months. We have already closed a seed round last year, in 2021 , where we have brought on board important investors who are similar to our business, such as B Holding, which heads the B Heroes incubation program, and 9 Invest, the investment company of Ciro Immobile, which has already been attentive to new mobility scenarios for some time".

The system is made up of GPS trackers and Apps and allows the bike to communicate with its owner who, with a simple gesture on the smartphone, can activate the anti-theft protection every time he gets off and leaves the vehicle. If the bike is moved from that moment on, the device notifies the user of the attempted theft with three actions: phone call, notification in the App and real-time tracking of the bike (and the thief) on the map. The App also offers some other features such as those to automatically dial the Police number on the mobile phone and to share the location of the stolen bike to facilitate its recovery.

"Until now, bikes and e-bikes have been easy targets for thieves, compared to other vehicles, thanks to the fact that they are simpler to steal and, conversely, difficult to recover. And it is precisely on the timeliness of reaction that we want to focus with Trackting Bike T7. We help the user not only to feel more relaxed every day, but above all to react immediately to the theft attempt, overcoming the fateful 'moment of panic'" declares Claudio Carnevali.

Trackting BIKE is the only system on the market to have a special management of the internal rechargeable battery, defined by the company as dual charge. In fact, the device is able to allocate only a part of the battery to the "standard" use of the burglar alarm, i.e. in Lock mode with the vehicle parked, offering in this case a duration of over 6 months. The rest of the battery is never affected except for continuous tracking in the event of theft, so as to guarantee a duration of up to 8 hours of alarm movement.

The Trackting BIKE range will be available from next spring on the trackting.com online shop and in specialized shops in Italy. Retail prices: 99 euros for the T7 model and 129 euros for the T9 model.
