Logos, the small multinational of translations based in Fossalta, has provided electric bikes to all the company's employees so that they can leave the car in the garage and arrive with a tiny effort on the pedals but with a maximum speed 25 kilometers per hour, at the headquarters of the company, not far from via Emilia est, using the bike lanes.
"Our staff work here individually," says Marcos Vergara, president of Logos. "They have computers, desktops, vocabularies, the internet that is always working, and connections with the world's largest specialized centers. Only that we wanted to do something more, to show that it is possible to step forward without being bound by the four wheels. Practically everyone comes here alone and we believe that many of them will convert to assisted electric bicycles especially when the temperatures are milder. But for those who live in the city it is still a good idea to give up the traffic and parking stress, traveling free of charge and with the same or even shorter time of the car. "
And electricity? On this side, the Logos is self-sufficient because dozens of solar panels are installed on the roof of the shed that integrate robustly the traditional power grid to keep the plants in operation.
So the crew will come in and let the bike recharge by attaching it to a plug, then resume it at the end of the turn ready for another 50 km of autonomy.
Private parking and socket for everyone.
