Ciclo Registro

Il furto di bicicletta è un fenomeno decisamente antipatico, che in Italia interessa 320.000 sfortunati proprietari ogni anno.

Per questo Confindustria ANCMA (Associazione Nazionale Ciclo Motociclo Accessori) ha lanciato il Ciclo Registro, un portale web gratuito per la registrazione dei telai on line, la tracciabilità e l'aggregazione di tutte le realtà web esistenti per tutelare il settore e i consumatori. 

La proposta, giunta dopo la due giorni di BiciAcademy - l’evento formativo dedicato ai negozianti delle settore ciclo organizzato dall’associazione al Palacongressi di Rimini - punta a contrastare una volta per tutte la piaga dei furti di biciclette.
Accedendo al portale web Ciclo Registro sarà possibile registrare il numero di telaio delle biciclette vendute e produrre un "certificato digitale di proprietà" gratuitamente.

L'obiettivo dell'iniziativa di Confindustria ANCMA - promossa anche in Parlamento nell’ambito della riforma del Codice della Strada - è quello di costruire un database del parco circolante a livello nazionale, aggregando in un'unica piattaforma tutte le migliori esperienze on line già esistenti.

Il portale - istituzionale e gratuito - permetterà di migliorare le modalità con cui contrastare il problema dei furti, aiutando per esempio le Forze dell'Ordine a individuare immediatamente se una bicicletta risulti rubata e chi sia il suo legittimo proprietario. Senza dimenticare le nuove prospettive per quanto riguarda l'introduzione di prodotti e coperture assicurative specifiche per i ciclisti.

Con il Ciclo Registro si intende tutelare i proprietari e i consumatori, ma anche i protagonisti del settore ciclo italiano (negozianti e industria), primo in Europa e protagonista di recente di alcune iniziative per promuoverne l'uso e contribuirà inoltre a riequilibrare il mercato dell'usato, alterato da fenomeni di ricettazione proprio a causa dei furti.
