Tone

The American company Specialized has always been among the world leaders in the construction of muscular and electric bicycles, now it positions itself on the market with a new product: the Tone helmet, designed and built to meet the needs and offer maximum safety to urban cyclists. . Thanks to the ANGi sensor that detects impacts.

Specialized Tone was born with the mission of protecting cyclists who face urban routes, such as moving to work, running errands and in their free time quiet walks. The helmet fit is quick and well stabilized, thanks to the Headset SX holding system with the TriFix straps, which allow for simple and immediate adjustment.

As with most helmets, Tone is equipped with the proven MIPS technology, the system that allows movement from 10 to 15 mm in all directions. Through some studies it has been shown that this movement reduces the rotational forces transmitted to the head in the event of a collision.

The helmet is compact, with a closed and enveloping front shell, with two slits that allow the passage of air to facilitate proper ventilation. In addition, there are reflective inserts for greater visibility at night. Tone is homologated to the standards of various European countries and the rest of the world, for its characteristics it has won the "Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University", with a five-star rating.

Not only that, the manufacturer is famous all over the world for the application on its two-wheeled models of elements that promote the safety of the cyclist. In particular, for Tone it has also prepared for the mounting of the ANGi sensor, which can be purchased separately, which detects impacts.
