Lo sappiamo. Fino a oggi le cose erano molto diverse. Per partecipare alle competizioni ciclistiche amatoriali era sufficiente iscriversi a un ente di promozione sportiva e presentare il certificato medico. Ma le cose cambiano. Spesso non in meglio.
Troppo facile dire “hai voluto la bicicletta?”.
