Claudio, Helmut e Andrea: le nostre guide 2012 danno il loro arrivederci a settembre

Sono stati i "bike-condottieri" di questa prima parte di stagione dell'Alexander. In sella alle loro Bianchi le guide Claudio, Helmut e Andrea hanno pedalato per due mesi con i loro gruppi nei bike tour. Muniti dello stesso spirito e stessa bike passion, tipica dell'Hotel di Cinzia e Roberto, i tre si sono decisamente ben assortiti, anche per caratteristiche differenti...

Claudio, detto anche "Sanchio" o "Bomber", alla sua quarta stagione all'Alexander, è stato il vero e proprio "deus ex machina". Nei mesi di aprile e maggio si è preso cura dei gruppi più impegnativi, non ultimi i suoi amici dottori elvetici. Ottimo ciclista e guida, gran bravo ragazzo, generoso, sempre disponibile con tutti, il trentenne di Ca' Gallo ha tenuto le fila del lavoro bike, coordinando per conto del boss Roberto alla perfezione i singoli tour, la manutenzione delle Bianchi e il rapporto con la clientela. Davvero bravo! Good Job Claudio! (sentiamolo nel video sopra) 

Non è stato da meno il rendimento del mitico Helmut, "giovane" sulla sessantina di Merano, che grazie alla sua madrelingua tedesca ha saputo gestire al meglio i clienti provenienti da Germania, Austria e Svizzera. Il maestro di sci del Sud Tirolo è stato impeccabile su tutti i fronti: si è preso cura degli slow tour,  i suoi "Panorama Bike Tours", spesso accompagnando simpatiche signore di mezza età, che ne hanno apprezzato la professionalità, la serietà (tipica delle sue parti) e talvolta anche il fascino alla Richard Gere (non ce ne voglia la moglie Charlotte:-). Helmut, alla sua prima esperienza di tour guide è stato utilissimo anche nella manutenzione dei mezzi e non si mai risparmiato nel lavoro! Di giorno niente vino e la sera a letto presto! Infine Andrea. Il giornalista, free-lance di professione, ma anche di indole, si è buttato a pesce in questa nuova avventura di guida e blogger con il suo innato entusiasmo. Il 43 enne riminese che sua moglie Alexia definisce un  "cycle addicted", dopo il buon lavoro del WPCC 2011 aveva in testa un progetto e ha voluto proporlo proprio all'amico Roberto Colombari, da sempre un manager attento e aperto alle novità in campo turistico a alberghiero. Un nuovo modo di comunicare le vacanze bike: così è nata l'idea del "Cycling and Blogging 2012", un archivio storico day by day di tutti i tour svolti e della vita dell'hotel, con lo stesso Andrea che durante le pedalate ritraeva i suoi gruppi con foto, video interviste e racconti. I numeri gli stanno dando ragione, oltre 3500 contatti in soli cinquanta giorni. E a settembre si tornerà a raccontare le divertenti bike stories dell'Alexander anche con il suo amico Carl GBR (che parla meglio di lui l'inglese:-)... to be continued...

Claudio, Helmut and Andrea: our bike guides say good bye ... see you again in September 2012

They have been the "bike guides", or better the "bike leaders" of this first part of the season at the Alexander. On their Bianchi bikes, Claudio, Helmut and Andrea have driven for two months their groups in the most different and exciting bike tours.

With the same spirit and bike passion, typical of Roberto & Cinzia 's hotel, the three were very well matched , thanks also to their different characteristics

Claudio, also called "Sanchio" or "Bomber", at his fourth season at the Alexander, was the real "deus ex machina". In the months of April and May he took care of the most demanding groups, not least his Swiss friends, the group of the Swiss doctors. Excellent bike rider and guide, a really good, generous guy... the thirty year old boy from Ca 'Gallo perfectly coordinated on behalf of the boss Roberto, the individual tours, the maintenance of the BIANCHI bikes and the relationship with the guests.

Very good job, has been carried out also by Helmut , the "young" fellow from Merano , who, thanks to his German mother tongue has been able to handle with guests from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The Ski trainer from South Tyrol has been perfect on all fronts: he was responsible for of the slow tours, he organized "Panorama Bike Tours", accompanying nice middle aged women , who appreciated his professionalism, seriousness (typical of his region) and first of all his resemblance to Richard Gere (his wife Charlotte has not to be jealous :-). Helmut, at his first experience as tour guide was also very useful in the maintenance of the bikes and he never spared himself in the work! No wine during the day and early in bed at night ! Finally, Andrea: the free lance journalist, freelance for work and by character plunged himself in this new adventure of blogger and bike guide, with his typical enthusiasm. The 43-year-old guide from Rimini, defined by his wife Alexia "cycle addicted" after the good work at the 2011 WPCC , proposed his project to his friend Roberto Colombari, a manager, who has been always attentive and open to innovation in the field of tourism.

"A new way to communicate the bike holiday": this was the idea of "Cycling and Blogging 2012", a historical archive of everyday tours and hotel life, with Andrea , engaged in portraying the hotel guests during the cycling tours, with photos, video interviews and stories. And the figures witness that he is right: over 3500 contacts in only fifty days. And in September he will be back , ready to tell new bike stories at the Alexander hotel and his friend Carl GBR (who speaks English better than he does ) will be there too.... to be continued....
