 Pedala Martesana, comitato composto da singoli e associazioni per promuovere la mobilità dolce, ha lanciato #Iorestoinsella, progetto di staffetta ciclistica per testimoniare la vicinanza dei comuni della Martesana e la loro unità anche di fronte alla recrudescenza del covid-19. «La bicicletta è il nostro simbolo di riscatto e di resistenza – hanno dichiarato i rappresentanti del comitato -, un mezzo di trasporto che permette il distanziamento, che ci tiene in salute e che fa bene anche all’ambiente».

Una nuova iniziativa del comitato, per sensibilizzare la mobilità dolce, che va ad aggiungersi a quelle promosse appena dopo la prima ondata di covid, quando da Pedala Martesana avevano iniziato ad immaginare un nuovo modo di muoversi.

Pedala Martesana ha rivolto a tutti l’invito a girare un video di massimo 15 secondi per raccontare l’utilizzo che si fa della bicicletta.
Il filmato dovrà essere poi caricato sui social dal 22 al 29 novembre, utilizzando gli hashtag #iorestoinsella e #pedalamartesana.

Chi riceverà più like verrà premiato con una maglietta di Pedala Martesana.

La nuova opera di Banksy

 L’ultima opera di Banksy, avvistata per la prima volta il 13 ottobre, ritrae una bambina che fa l’hula-hoop con una ruota di bicicletta. Il professore Paul Gogh della Arts University Bournemouth, maggior esperto britannico di Banksy, ha spiegato alla Bbc come le ultime opere dell’artista siano tutte collegate al Covid o alle notizie di cronaca.

Da oggi, quando sentiremo dire "mezzo anfibio" non penseremo più a quelli da guerra, ai carri armati, per esempio. Penseremo invece a questa bici a tre ruote, due delle quali magicamente si piegano all'interno e quella anteriore, invece, la si può spingere in alto, e diventa quasi una bandiera della barchetta.

Per viaggi in cui ci sono laghi, fiumi o lagune da visitare, questa bici speciale, è davvero il mezzo migliore in assoluto.

Buone notizie dal fronte Bonus bici: dal 9 novembre, sarà possibile ricollegarsi al sito www.buonomobilita.it per chiedere il rimborso promesso. Una nuova opportunità per quanti non sono riusciti ad accedere alla piattaforma messa a punto dal Ministero dell’Ambiente durante l’ultimo click day. D’altronde, già ieri il ministro Sergio Costa aveva promesso: “nessun cittadino sarà lasciato indietro”.

Il Ministro dell’Ambiente, Sergio Costa, ha infatti annunciato: “A partire dal 9 novembre e fino al 9 dicembre, chi non è riuscito a ottenere il bonus bici attraverso la piattaforma www.buonomobilita.it, potrà registrarsi al portale e caricare i propri dati”.

Chi, quindi, ha già acquistato il mezzo nel periodo compreso tra il 4 maggio e il 3 novembre, potrà accedere nuovamente con lo Spid e caricare Iban, dati personali e fattura o scontrino parlante. In questo modo, dal 10 dicembre, sarà possibile conoscere la platea di cittadini che, pur avendone diritto, sono rimasti esclusi dal bonus. E il Ministero dell’Ambiente potrà conoscere e stimare la spesa complessiva e stanziare i fondi necessari per far partire i rimborsi. Che non saranno però immediati: la situazione è complessa, sarà necessario aspettare il 2021.

È comunque uno spiraglio che si apre alla fine di due giornate a dir poco frenetiche. Nel giro di un giorno, infatti, è stato esaurito il plafond di 215 milioni stanziato per il “Programma sperimentale buono mobilità” per l’anno 2020. Circa 600 mila utenti sono riusciti ad aggiudicarsi il bonus bici e monopattini o bonus mobilità. Tra questi c’erano coloro che hanno acquistato nei mesi scorsi una bici, anche a pedalata assistita, o un veicolo per la mobilità personale a propulsione prevalentemente elettrica, sia coloro che sono intenzionati a farlo. Ma altrettanti sono rimasti a bocca asciutta.

Il nome dell'autore è un nome di fantasia scelto per non identificare la campagna nella sola persona che l’ha raccontata, che ripercorre e analizza i primi tre mesi del fenomeno #salvaiciclisti, dalla nascita, l’8 febbraio 2012, al 28 aprile, giorno della “più grande manifestazione della storia in sostegno della ciclabilità in Italia“.

"Il 2 febbraio 2012 ho saputo del lancio della campagna Cities fit for cycling del 'Times' di Londra e, contattati una trentina di blogger che si occupano di ciclismo, ho proposto loro di replicare l'iniziativa. 'Chiamiamola #salvaiciclisti' ho suggerito. 'Lanciamola tutti insieme alle 12 dell'8 febbraio.' È stata la prima critical mass digitale della storia. Abbiamo stupito tutti." (Pietro Pani)

La prima parte è probabilmente cosa nota: dall’incidente alla giornalista del Times Mary Bowers alla campagna #Cyclesafe lanciata dalla testata inglese il 2 febbraio, dal rilancio dell’iniziativa da parte dei 38 blogger italiani sei giorni dopo, alla seconda fase della Critical Mass digitale “Caro sindaco”, dagli sgambetti della Gazzetta dello Sport alle prime adesioni e risposte concrete strappate alle amministrazioni locali. Interessanti le due successive parti del libro in cui l’autore fa un’analisi di #salvaiciclisti come “laboratorio di cittadinanza attiva“, in cui singoli cittadini si organizzano dal basso per far valere le proprie ragioni al cospetto della politica. Molto ambizioso il pensiero di Pietro Pani secondo cui #salvaiciclisti abbia così tracciato la strada ad altre future mobilitazioni, suggerendo un modello di azione e partecipazione “replicabile all’infinito“, e valido per qualunque causa di buon senso, anche estranea alla ciclabilità, che come unica condizione presenti validi contenuti e proposte.
