E' la concreta proposta che arriva dall'Australia, dove i politici del New South Wales stanno valutando proprio la possibilità di obbligare i ciclisti a prendere la patente come motociclisti e automobilisti.

E proprio sull'onda dell'interesse che la proposta ha suscitato in Australia un designer locale, Toby King, ha progettato un casco pensato proprio ai ciclisti. 

Il casco è dotato sul retro di numero di targa, che renda i ciclisti identificabili se commettono un'infrazione, ma non solo. Perché il prototipo è estremamente tecnologico e comprende anche delle luci di posizione, indicatori di direzione e una visiera con specchietti retrovisori e tergicristallo.

Non solo, perché il casco è dotato di una telecamera anteriore, così come di sensori che avvisano il ciclista se si avvicina troppo ai pedoni. Insomma, un casco tecnologico che garantisca sicurezza, ma al contempo renda i ciclisti riconoscibili come ogni motociclista e automobilista e, così, possa venir sanzionato in caso di infrazione del codice della strada.
