In many Italian cities there has been a boom in new openings of bicycle shops, and these activities represent a litmus test of the mobility of our country, which, especially in large cities, is moving again towards the use of the bicycle as a means of travel , economic and ecological.

The last dossier concerning the two-wheeled circulation drawn up by Legambiente together with Ancma, shows how the journeys through bicycles generate a turnover of 6.2 billion euro, for a total of 2800 points of sale located throughout Italy and over 7 thousand employees employed, while the total between indirect and direct ones exceeds 12 thousand.

There are also numerous events dedicated to the world of pedaling, unique opportunities for industry employees and young people to better understand how to open a shop to compare and understand what are the right strategies to apply in this area.

One of the most successful events in the sector was the last Bici Academy, held last January in the heart of Emilia Romagna, at the Rimini convention center.
An event in its third edition, which saw the participation of 600 employees in the sector, with the two-wheeler business that was the protagonist of two events-rich days, where the sector's innovations were presented but the field was given ample space. training, with a series of very interesting workshops and seminars on the activities related to this sector.
Experts, international consultants and trainers occupied the 19 classrooms of the Romagna convention center, giving life to a complete program that treated every facet and useful topic on the world of two wheels.

There were also moments of training and inspiration regarding sales techniques, insights on the subject of privacy and unfair competition, up to the award ceremony of the most beautiful showcase and the oldest historical shop in Italy.
