FMOSER

E' dall'alto del 27esimo piano della torre PwC a Milano che il campione trentino ha tenuto a battesimo una doppia presentazione. Quella del libro "Un uomo, una bicicletta" scritto da Beppe Conti con prefazione di Bernard Hinault. E quella del nuovo brand di biciclette FMOSER. Un ritorno al passato, a dire il vero: quella appena lanciata dal campione trentino è la versione 2.0 - o per dirla con precisione, My22 - della sua prima linea di bici, che fu protagonista delle vittorie, tra gli altri, di Bugno, Martinello... e Moser stesso!

L'innovazione è il tema centrale . Queste FMOSER classe 2022 sono ibride, si possono trasformare da elettriche a tradizionali in piena autonomia nel giro di 3 minuti ed esistono in 4 modelli: tre da corsa e un gravel.
Così racconta lo stesso Francesco Moser: «Tanti ex corridori criticano le bici elettriche, dicono sia anormale che uno come me vada in giro con l'elettrica. Non capiscono nulla: a una certa età non puoi pretendere di poter sostenere gli stessi sforzi di un tempo. E poi è bello rendere accessibili alla gente normale certe salite e certi terreni.
Quando ho provato le bici elettriche ho capito come gestire la batteria e i miei sforzi per poter andare davvero ovunque e non rischiare di farmi male. Ho visto nascere e crescere queste bici, ora spero che incontrino l'approvazione del pubblico. Comunque il nostro progetto prevede un'evoluzione in futuro per diventare protagonisti in questo segmento». Il progetto è nato e si è sviluppato in seno all'azienda Fantic, che col supporto di partner importanti tra i quali Fsa, Sram e Garmin, ha dato vita ed energia alla visione di Moser: aprire la strada... della strada, di qualsiasi strada, anche a chi non ha una preparazione fisica adatta alle sfide ciclistiche più ardue. 

Un mezzo per avvicinare una fetta sempre più ampia di popolazione al mondo di sellini e pedali e alla mobilità sostenibile.

So says Francesco Moser himself: «Many former riders criticize electric bikes, they say it's abnormal that someone like me goes around with electric. They do not understand anything: at a certain age you cannot expect to be able to sustain the same efforts as in the past. And it's nice to make certain climbs and terrains accessible to normal people.

When I tried electric bikes I understood how to manage the battery and my efforts to be able to really go anywhere and not risk getting hurt. I have seen these bikes born and grow, now I hope they meet the approval of the public. In any case, our project foresees an evolution in the future to become protagonists in this segment ». The project was born and developed within the Fantic company, which with the support of important partners including Fsa, Sram and Garmin, gave life and energy to Moser's vision: to open the way ... of the road, of any road, even for those who do not have a physical preparation suitable for the most difficult cycling challenges.

A means to bring an increasingly large slice of the population closer to the world of saddles and pedals and to sustainable mobility.
