Quella concepita da Arcimoto non è una bicicletta normale. Anzi, a qualcuno potrebbe sembrare un mezzo decisamente buffo, una specie di grande triciclo. E invece il produttore fa decisamente sul serio e garantisce grandi prestazioni nel presentare la sua e-bike a tre ruote.

Oltre alla ruota in più, l’altra caratteristica peculiare di questa strana bici elettrica è l’inclinazione del manubrio, pensata per accompagnare le curve come si fa su una bicicletta tradizionale, mantenendo però la stabilità regalata dalla ruota in più, piazzata sul lato anteriore.

“È un’emozione svelare la Mean Lean Machine – dichiara Bob Mighell, cto di Arcimoto –, una bici elettrica ad alte prestazioni radicalmente nuova, con stabilità a tre ruote e una guida fantastica. Con la MLM sarai in grado di curvare come faresti su una bici normale con maggiore trazione, maggiore stabilità e migliore capacità di frenata”.
