Ride for a Smile

In collaborazione con Italy Bike Hotels abbiamo scelto di partecipare e sostenere Save the Children, l’Organizzazione internazionale che da oltre 100 anni lotta per salvare i bambini a rischio e garantire loro un futuro.

Dopo il successo deIl’edizione 2019 e 2020 torna “Ride for a Smile”.
Questa iniziativa solidale  è un’idea del Presidente Onorario di Italy Bike Hotels Stefano Giuliodori che fin dal 2019 ha coinvolto tantissimi cicloturisti del suo Hotel Dory and Suite che, pedalando hanno sostenuto importanti interventi a favore dell'infanzia.

Un progetto che abbraccia la cultura dello sport e della solidarietà e che per il 2021 grazie al Consorzio Italy Bike Hotels si rinnova estendendosi a diverse strutture dello stivale specializzate nell’accoglienza di ciclisti e cicloturisti.

Soggiornando negli alberghi aderenti all’iniziativa sarà possibile aiutare tanti bambini in difficoltà con un semplice gesto: donare 1 centesimo per ogni km percorso in bicicletta durante la vacanza.

Stefano ha calcolato una media dei km percorsi in una vacanza (500 km circa), definendo un contributo standard di € 5.00 che viene chiesto al cliente.

In collaboration with Italy Bike Hotels we have chosen to participate and support Save the Children, the international organization that has been fighting for over 100 years to save children at risk and guarantee them a future.

After the success of the 2019 and 2020 editions, "Ride for a Smile" is back.

This solidarity initiative is an idea of ​​the Honorary President of Italy Bike Hotels Stefano Giuliodori who since 2019 has involved many cyclists from his Hotel Dory and Suite who, pedaling, have supported important interventions in favor of children.

A project that embraces the culture of sport and solidarity and which for 2021, thanks to the Italy Bike Hotels Consortium, is renewed by extending to various structures in the boot specialized in welcoming cyclists and cycle tourists.

By staying in the hotels participating in the initiative, it will be possible to help many children in difficulty with a simple gesture: donating 1 cent for every km traveled by bicycle during the holiday.

Stefano has calculated an average of the km traveled in a holiday (about 500 km), defining a standard contribution of € 5.00 that is asked at the customer.
