Questo week end ci siamo ricaricati e rigenerati nella fantastica Umbria; più precisamente nel comune di Sant'Eraclio.

Prima abbiamo raccolto le olive, poi le abbiamo portate al frantoio. Abbiamo seguito tutti i passaggi dal lavaggio alla spremitura e ovviamente ... l'assaggio con una bella bruschetta calda!
Un week end fantastico all'insegna della natura, del buon cibo e ottima compagnia!
We spent our week end in the region Umbria: Sant'Eraclio was our headquarter.We visited the villages and had the great opportunity to had lunch at the famous resturant VIA DI MEZZO of the great chef GIOGIORNE.
We haven't had only fun: our real mission was to prepare for you the extra vergine olive oil for the next Summer!
First we picked the olives, then we have taken to the mill. We followed all the steps: from washing to squeezing and of course ... the taste with a nice hot bruschetta!
A great weekend in the nature full of good food and great company!
