A stabilirlo è stato il tribunale penale di Bruxelles. 
Un quarantenne arrestato nell'atto di rubare una bicicletta da Auderghem è stato condannato a tre anni di carcere per "crimine ecologico" dalla 57a camera del Tribunale penale di Bruxelles, emerso da una sentenza pronunciata in assenza di ha avvertito e citato nei titoli Sudpresse.

In sua assenza giovedì, il procuratore del re ha quindi chiesto il suo arresto immediato, una richiesta che è stata concessa dal presidente della camera.
