Il Gs Emilia ha annunciato le tappe dell’edizione 2024 della Coppi e Bartali.
La novità è rappresentata dalla partenza, che avverrà dalle Marche, a Pesaro, martedì 19 marzo 2024. La gara a tappe organizzata dal Gruppo Sportivo Emilia che si concluderà a Forlì sabato 24.
“Per le Marche si tratta di una vera e propria prima - si legge nel comunicato - e sarà un avvio particolarmente interessante”.
Nella giornata inaugurale, infatti, Pesaro ospiterà un doppio appuntamento: sarà sede di partenza e arrivo della frazione in linea mattutina passando anche da Gabicce, mentre nel pomeriggio si disputerà la cronometro a squadre. Mercoledì 20 la Coppi e Bartali si sposterà in Romagna, a Riccione, con la partenza della seconda tappa che si concluderà a Sogliano al Rubicone mentre, giovedì 21, la terza frazione prevede la partenza e l’arrivo a Riccione.
La penultima giornata, venerdì 22 marzo, vedrà un’ulteriore novità per quanto riguarda la località che ospiterà la carovana. Sarà infatti Brisighella, con il suo territorio, a fare da teatro alla quarta tappa. Novità anche per il finale: niente sconfinamento in Emilia, ma chiusura in Romagna, al Velodromo Servadei di Forlì, dove sabato 23 sarà incoronato il vincitore dell’edizione 2024 della Coppi e Bartali al termine dell’ultima tappa che prenderà il via da Piazza Saffi.

The news is represented by the departure, which will take place from the Marche, in Pesaro, on Tuesday 19 March 2024. The stage race organized by the Emilia Sports Group which will end in Forlì on Saturday 24.
“This is a real first for the Marche region - we read in the press release - and it will be a particularly interesting start”.
On the opening day, in fact, Pesaro will host a double appointment: it will be the starting and finishing site of the morning line section, also passing through Gabicce, while in the afternoon the team time trial will take place. On Wednesday 20th the Coppi e Bartali will move to Romagna, to Riccione, with the start of the second stage which will end in Sogliano al Rubicone while, on Thursday 21st, the third stage includes the departure and arrival in Riccione.
The penultimate day, Friday 22 March, will see further news regarding the location that will host the caravan. In fact, Brisighella, with its territory, will act as the theater for the fourth stage. News also for the finale: no crossing into Emilia, but closing in Romagna, at the Servadei Velodromo in Forlì, where on Saturday 23rd the winner of the 2024 edition of the Coppi e Bartali will be crowned at the end of the last stage which will start from Piazza Saffi .
