Negli ultimi anni il mercato delle e-bike ha avuto un boom incredibile, partendo dalle urban fino alle biciclette più performanti e costose. In Italia, così come in tutto il mondo: in California è uno dei mezzi più utilizzati, complice anche il meteo sempre favorevole, ma qualcuno pare voler - quantomeno - rallentare questo fenomeno in contunua ascesa.
La deputata Tasha Boerner, dello Stato della California, ha presentato un disegno di legge che andrebbe a vietare l'utilizzo delle assisitite ai minori di 12 anni e a richiedere un corso online con esame scritto per conseguire una patente e quindi poter guidare una bici elettrica.
Israele ha già da tempo messo in pratica l'idea.
Giusto? Sbagliato? Sicuramente un plus per la sicurezza su strada, soprattutto dei più giovani, che non conoscono le leggi della guida.
Forse, allora, sarebbe bene pensare ad un esame anche pratico e non solo teorico?
Di certo sarebbe un bel colpo per il mercato di queste due ruote e, ipotizzando, cosa succederebbe se la proposta di legge arrivasse anche in Italia, quanti rinuncerebbero alla loro e-bike per evitarsi l'esame e i costi burocratici che certamente porterebbe con sé?

Right? Wrong? Definitely a plus for road safety, especially for younger people who don't know the driving laws.
Perhaps, then, it would be good to think about a practical exam and not just a theoretical one?
It would certainly be a great blow for the market of these two wheels and, hypothesizing, what would happen if the proposed law also arrived in Italy, how many would give up their e-bike to avoid the examination and bureaucratic costs that it would certainly bring with it?
