Italian Bike Festival

Fervono i preparativi per la quarta edizione di Italian Bike Festival, la più importante manifestazione italiana dedicata al settore della bicicletta e ai suoi appassionati, che da ormai 4 anni raduna migliaia di persone a Rimini per ammirare in anteprima e testare le novità del mercato.

Neanche lo scorso anno, contrassegnato dall’annullamento di fiere ed eventi aperti al grande pubblico, Italian Bike Festival ha mancato alla promessa fatta nel 2018 ad aziende, operatori e amanti delle due ruote: rappresentare una costante nel rapporto tra tutti questi attori, un luogo di incontro e confronto all’interno del quale poter scoprire in anteprima le novità del mercato dell’anno successivo ma soprattutto farlo con i sapienti consigli di chi quelle novità, le ha studiate ed è pronto a lanciarle sul mercato. Un filo diretto tra azienda e consumatore che si rinnova di anno in anno e che nel 2020 ha premiato Italian Bike Festival con oltre 25.000 registrati e un totale di 30.000 presenze in tre giorni e con l’onere e l’onore di esser stato nella passata stagione il primo appuntamento in Europa ad offrire questa possibilità agli appassionati di bicicletta.

Si riparte adesso, quando mancano poco meno di 6 mesi all’evento, che anche quest’anno si avvale della collaborazione e del supporto del Comune di Rimini, di APT Servizi Emilia Romagna e di Visit Romagna, con la voglia di non dover più rinunciare al ricco programma di intrattenimento, show ed Extra Festival saltato lo scorso anno. Confermata la location, Parco Fellini di Rimini, e le date annunciate al termine della passata edizione, dal 10 al 12 settembre 2021.

Al fine di poter garantire fin da ora il rispetto delle normative sul distanziamento sociale e gli assembramenti, anche quest’anno ci sarà la registrazione obbligatoria e gratuita, già disponibile cliccando qui.

Confermato anche il format, con l’area espositiva di oltre 45.000 mq che ingloba al proprio interno l’Off Road Arena dove poter testare le MTB e eMTB. 
Oltre 170 i brand che hanno già confermato la loro presenza e che, secondo le previsioni, riempiranno tutti gli slot previsti all’interno del villaggio, superando ampiamente quota 300.
Spazio, anche quest’anno, al settore del cicloturismo con la presenza delle più virtuose località turistiche che hanno fatto della mobilità sostenibile e dell’incentivo all’utilizzo delle due ruote un motore della loro economia.

E, a proposito di turismo attivo, farà il suo ritorno la “Malatestiana”, la cicloturistica della Signoria di Rimini, che accompagnerà i partecipanti nell’entro terra riminese sui percorsi protetti della Via Romagna in una suggestiva pedalata da affrontare con le Road Bike, le MTB, le Gravel o in eBike. Al debutto invece la “Dolce Vita”, una ciclostorica che da Torre Predera di Rimini arriverà a Riccione, facendo sosta all’interno del Village di Italian Bike Festival, per poi far ritorno.

Visto l’enorme successo dello scorso anno, con oltre 100 partecipanti al via, tornerà anche un momento ludico dedicato al supporto e alla promozione di un concetto alternativo di mobilità urbana sostenibile: la CargoBike Revolution. Una pedalata nella città di Rimini, con partenza e arrivo ad Italian Bike Festival finalizzata alla sensibilizzazione dell’opinione pubblica nei confronti dell’utilizzo delle CargoBike in città.

Ma non finisce qui: tornerà il ricco programma di show e spettacoli che hanno reso famoso Italian Bike Festival nelle sue prime 3 edizioni, le competizioni nell’Off Road Arena, la Pumptrack per far muovere i primi passi sulle due ruote anche ai più piccoli, gli appuntamenti dell’Extra Festival nei quali ritrovarsi al termine di una giornata di test e il calendario di appuntamenti e incontri con i più grandi campioni del ciclismo di ieri e di oggi.

Preparations are underway for the fourth edition of the Italian Bike Festival, the most important Italian event dedicated to the bicycle sector and its enthusiasts, which for the past 4 years has gathered thousands of people in Rimini to preview and test the news of the market.

Not even last year, marked by the cancellation of fairs and events open to the general public, did Italian Bike Festival fail to fulfill the promise made in 2018 to companies, operators and lovers of two wheels: to represent a constant in the relationship between all these actors, a place of meeting and comparison within which to be able to preview the novelties of the market of the following year but above all do it with the wise advice of those who have studied those novelties and are ready to launch them on the market. A direct line between company and consumer that is renewed year by year and which in 2020 awarded the Italian Bike Festival with over 25,000 registered and a total of 30,000 admissions in three days and with the burden and the honor of having been in the past season the first appointment in Europe to offer this possibility to bicycle enthusiasts.

It starts again now, when there are just under 6 months to go before the event, which again this year makes use of the collaboration and support of the Municipality of Rimini, APT Servizi Emilia Romagna and Visit Romagna, with the desire not to have to give up to the rich program of entertainment, shows and Extra Festivals skipped last year. The format has also been confirmed, with the exhibition area of ​​over 45,000 square meters that incorporates the Off Road Arena where you can test MTB and eMTB.

Over 170 brands that have already confirmed their presence and that, according to forecasts, will fill all the slots provided within the village, well exceeding 300.

Also this year, space for the cycling sector with the presence of the most virtuous tourist resorts that have made sustainable mobility and the incentive to use two wheels an engine of their economy.

And, speaking of active tourism, the "Malatestiana", the cycle tourism of the Signoria of Rimini, will make its return, which will accompany the participants in the Rimini hinterland on the protected paths of the Via Romagna in a suggestive ride to be faced with Road Bikes, MTB, Gravel or eBike. On the other hand, the "Dolce Vita" is making its debut, a historical cyclist that from Torre Predera di Rimini will arrive in Riccione, stopping inside the Village of the Italian Bike Festival, and then returning.

Given the enormous success of last year, with over 100 participants at the start, there will also be a playful moment dedicated to supporting and promoting an alternative concept of sustainable urban mobility: the CargoBike Revolution.
