Cristiano Sabatini alias Bike Chef, 50 anni, cresciuto a Monterubiaglio di professione chef e ciclista giramondo per passione.

Nel 2001, dopo alcuni anni trascorsi a gestire con successo un ristorante a Montefiascone, nel Viterbese, decide di mollare tutto per mettersi a cucinare a domicilio, inventandosi un suo stile di catering da esportare nelle case di chi lo chiama. 
In pochi anni la sua popolarità è cresciuta; nel 2019 partecipa a “Cuochi d'Italia” rappresentando il Lazio nello cooking-show condotto da Alessandro Borghese, e conquista piano piano anche le cucine e i palati dei vip del cinema, arrivando a far gustare i suoi piatti persino a Carlo Verdone, Gigi Proietti, Paolo Sorrentino, il regista Giovanni Veronesi e addirittura a Robert De Niro.

 Allo stesso tempo però è forte in lui anche la passione per le due ruote, così parte per alcuni viaggi in giro per il mondo per scoprire gusti e sapori lontani ma portando sempre con sé la cucina italiana, ovunque vada. Nepal, Marocco, Nuova Zelanda e tanti altri Paesi, Sabatini è arrivato praticamente ovunque, non separandosi mai dalle sue piccole pentole e dal fornelletto a alcool. In Lapponia ha portato con sé dei cibi disidratati che ha cotto sul fuoco di legna ed è riuscito a preparare la carbonara perfino in un rifugio sull’Everest e al circolo polare artico.

Cristiano Sabatini aka Bike Chef, 50 years old, grew up in Monterubiaglio by profession as a chef and globetrotting cyclist by passion.

In 2001, after a few years spent successfully managing a restaurant in Montefiascone, in the Viterbo area, he decides to give up everything to start cooking at home, inventing his own style of catering to export to the homes of those who call him.

In a few years his popularity has grown; in 2019 he participates in "Cuochi d'Italia" representing Lazio in the cooking show hosted by Alessandro Borghese, and slowly conquers the kitchens and palates of cinema celebrities, even letting Carlo Verdone, Gigi Proietti taste his dishes , Paolo Sorrentino, the director Giovanni Veronesi and even Robert De Niro.

 At the same time, however, his passion for two wheels is also strong, so he goes on some trips around the world to discover distant tastes and flavors but always bringing Italian cuisine with him, wherever he goes. Nepal, Morocco, New Zealand and many other countries, Sabatini has arrived practically everywhere, never separating from its small pots and alcohol stove. In Lapland he brought with him some dehydrated foods that he cooked on a wood fire and managed to prepare carbonara even in a refuge on Everest and in the Arctic Circle.
