The bicycle shops are the litmus test of the slow mutation of urban mobility, even in large centers such as Milan. The growth trend is estimated at about + 5% in the last year, with reality, like that of the Lombard capital, in particular evidence of dynamism, also driven by the success of the e-bike market, with 148 thousand pieces sold in 2017, which is accompanied by a 21% increase in imports.
The last dossier on two-wheeled circulation, presented by Legambiente together with Ancma, highlighted how the total pedal-driven movement already generates a turnover of 6.2 billion euro. In order to support and equip instruments that are as professional as possible downstream of this industry, Ancma has organized, for the third year, BiciAcademy, a training event for all Italian dealers.

There are about six hundred retailers who signed up for the third edition of the event, which was hosted in Rimini on 13 and 14 January. The pedal business has prepared itself for tomorrow through a two-day workshop and seminar unique in Italy: experts, international consultants and trainers have occupied 18 classrooms of the Palacongressi of the Romagna capital and have alternated within a rich training program also promoted from many member companies and thought "to give the best tools - explain the organizers - to dealers and mechanics to face the latest market trends, challenges and opportunities imposed by online commerce".
An innovative opportunity to improve the sales network, increase business opportunities and to give more value to the professionalism and passion of shopkeepers ».
