Click Day... il giorno dopo

Nella giornata di ieri, a partire dalle ore 9 di mattina, è stata resa disponibile, sul sito del Ministero dell’Ambiente, la piattaforma che consente di poter beneficiare del cosiddetto Bonus bicicletta (detto anche Bonus mobilità), ovvero fino a 500 euro per l’acquisto di una bicicletta normale o elettrica, un monopattino, un hoverboard, un segway.
I fondi stanziati dal governo – 210 milioni di euro - coprono fino a 600mila richieste.

Tramite questo link:

• chi ha acquistato un bene o servizio di mobilità previsto dal decreto, fino al giorno prima dall’attivazione della piattaforma riceverà il bonus bicicletta tramite rimborso con un bonifico;
• chi, invece, non ha ancora acquistato il relativo bene o il servizio di mobilità, ma intende farlo, dal 3 novembre 2020 può ottenere il “buono mobilità” che consegnerà al negoziante, il quale sarà poi rimborsato dal Ministero.

Il tempo di permanenza dall’accesso è stabilito in 20 minuti. Nel caso in cui non si riuscisse a completare la richiesta di contributo nel tempo stabilito si verrà indirizzato al sistema di accodamento e si dovrà effettuare un nuovo accesso.

Moltissimi utenti, in queste ore, stanno segnalando l’impossibilità ad ottenere il Bonus Bicicletta a causa dei problemi di accesso tramite il sistema Spid di Poste Italiane che da ieri risulta praticamente irraggiungibile.

Il sistema pensato da ministero dell’Ambiente, se pur lento e macchinoso, è l’ultimo dei problemi. Il sito, infatti, risulta relativamente stabile.

Il Ministro dell’Ambiente, Sergio Costa, tramite un post sulla propria pagina facebook, ha dichiarato quanto segue:

“Nel pomeriggio ho sentito l’amministratore delegato di Sogei e quello di Poste, con i quali sono in continuo e costante contatto, per far affrontare con prontezza questi problemi”.

Lo stesso Ministro, ad ogni modo, rassicura gli utenti, consigliando loro di provare nei prossimi giorni: “Abbiamo risorse a sufficienza per tutti. Non serve fare corse”.

A dir poco perplesso è il Direttore dell’Osservatorio sui Conti Pubblici Italiani, Carlo Cottarelli. Il quale dalla sua bacheca facebook scrive che “non basta digitalizzare per avere una Pubblica Amministrazione funzionante. Bisogna farlo bene, con procedure semplici e ben pensate”.

Via this link:

• those who have purchased a mobility good or service provided for by the decree, up to the day before the platform is activated, will receive the bicycle bonus by reimbursement with a bank transfer;
• those who, on the other hand, have not yet purchased the relative good or the mobility service, but intend to do so, from 3 November 2020 can obtain the "mobility voucher" which they will deliver to the shopkeeper, who will then be reimbursed by the Ministry.

The residence time from access is set at 20 minutes. If the request for contribution is not completed within the established time, you will be directed to the queuing system and you will have to log in again.

Many users, in these hours, are reporting the impossibility of obtaining the Bicycle Bonus due to access problems through the Spid system of the Italian Post Office which has been practically unreachable since yesterday.

The system designed by the Ministry of the Environment, although slow and cumbersome, is the least of the problems. The site, in fact, is relatively stable.

The Minister of the Environment, Sergio Costa, through a post on his facebook page, declared the following:

"In the afternoon I heard the CEO of Sogei and that of Poste, with whom I am in continuous and constant contact, to promptly address these problems".

In any case, the Minister himself reassures users, advising them to try in the next few days: “We have enough resources for everyone. You don't need to run ”.

To say the least perplexed is the Director of the Observatory on Italian Public Accounts, Carlo Cottarelli. Who from his facebook wall writes that “digitizing is not enough to have a functioning Public Administration. You have to do it well, with simple and well thought out procedures ".
