Free e-bikes

La nuova Legge di Bilancio 2020 ha recentemente proposto una nuova possibilità in grado davvero di soddisfare tutti i consumatori, sopratutto chi vuole contribuire attivamente ad un mondo più eco-friendly e con un minor impatto ambientale.
La base della proposta è la rottamazione di un’automobile al massimo Euro 3, entro e non oltre il 31 dicembre 2021 (in alternativa, si può rottamare un ciclomotore/motoveicolo sempre fino a Euro 3), garantendosi un incentivo pari a 1500 euro per l’acquisto di una nuova e-bike (nel secondo caso il bonus è di 500 euro).
Il voucher che l’utente riceverà potrà essere utilizzato entro 3 anni dall’erogazione presso i rivenditori aderenti; nell’eventualità in cui non fosse interessato all’acquisto di una e-bike, in alternativa potrà sfruttarlo per acquistare abbonamenti ai mezzi pubblici o di bike sharing.

I vantaggi elencati non risultano essere disponibili in ogni Regione del nostro paese, ma solamente nelle aree più colpite dall’inquinamento. In particolare risulta essere attivo in Puglia, Sicilia, Piemonte, Lombardia, Liguria, Lazio, Toscana, Campania, Veneto e Umbria.
Presto potrebbe però venire esteso anche alle restanti.

The new 2020 Budget Law has recently proposed a new possibility that can truly satisfy all consumers, especially those who want to actively contribute to a more eco-friendly world with a lower environmental impact.
The basis of the proposal is the scrapping of a car at a maximum of Euro 3, by and no later than 31 December 2021 (alternatively, a moped / motorcycle can always be scrapped up to Euro 3), guaranteeing an incentive of 1,500 euros for the purchase of a new e-bike (in the second case the bonus is 500 euros).
The voucher that the user will receive can be used within 3 years of delivery at participating retailers; in the event that he is not interested in purchasing an e-bike, he can alternatively use it to purchase season tickets for public transport or bike sharing.


The listed benefits are not available in every region of our country, but only in the areas most affected by pollution. In particular, it appears to be active in Puglia, Sicily, Piedmont, Lombardy, Liguria, Lazio, Tuscany, Campania, Veneto and Umbria.

However, it could soon be extended to the rest.
