Swapfiets

Ruota azzurra davanti, forme comode, superaccessoriate, Swapfiets sono biciclette olandesi che spopolano in mezza Europa. 

Sono arrivate anche a Milano come servizio di micro mobilità in abbonamento con l'apertura del primo store in via Lupetta 3. La bici si noleggia, si porta a casa e, se si rompe, qualora non fosse possibile sistemarla entro 10 minuti, verrà "sostituita" (swapped) con una nuova. 

Da qui il nome Swapfiets, combinazione dei termini swap (scambiare) e fiets (bicicletta in olandese). Anche in caso di furto, l'abbonato portando le chiavi che servono per dimostrare di aver chiuso la bici nel modo corretto, riceverà subito una nuova bici sostitutiva. 

Serve solo il pagamento di una piccola franchigia assicurativa.
E' un servizio diverso dagli altri noleggi perché pagando una quota mensile fissa, gli utenti hanno a disposizione una bicicletta da portarsi anche a casa e un servizio tecnico di riparazione e assistenza attivo 7 giorni su 7.
