BikeMi - novità!!!

Dal 13 dicembre sono state introdotte delle nuove biciclette dotate del posto a sedere per i più piccoli.

Come annunciato dal primo cittadino, le 150 nuove bici a disposizione dei milanesi amanti delle due ruote, di tutte le età, saranno anche dotate di "pedalata assistita", il dispositivo costituito da un motore elettrico. A febbraio 2016 BikeMi aveva già introdotto un servizio di condivisione bici dedicato ai più piccoli, con mini biciclette e stazioni ad hoc.

"Entro il 2019 - come dichiarato dall'assessore a Mobilità e Ambiente, Marco Granelli - se ne aggiungeranno altre 34, portando il numero delle stazioni sparse per la città a quota 323. A crescere, il prossimo anno, sarà anche la flotta delle ‘gialle’, che passeranno dalle attuali 3.650 a 4.280, alle quali si uniranno le 1.150 elettriche a pedalata assistita”.

Sala, presente alla conferenza di presentazione delle iniziative, ha sottolineato che i "primi dieci anni di BikeMi mettono in evidenza due aspetti del successo di BikeMi: la vocazione di Milano verso tutto ciò che la può rendere più moderna e sostenibile e l’attitudine dei milanesi verso l’uso della bicicletta, sempre più diffusa e apprezzata come mezzo di trasporto".
