Fancy Women Bike Ride

Quella che doveva essere una festa che abbraccia 120 città in giro per il mondo, la Fancy Women Bike Ride giunta quest’anno alla settima edizione ha riscontrato alcuni problemini.

Sabato 21 settembre alle 16.00 in Piazza Duomo si sono radunate 300 donne per chiedere maggiore spazio sulle strade e nella società, pronte a partire per una pedalata pacifica e festosa per le vie del centro cittadino.

La questura era però di altro avviso e, ha deciso di bloccare per un’ora la partenza.
Dopo un’ora di attesa e i cori delle partecipanti che esortavano la partenza scandendo “pedaliamo, pedaliamo”, con le prime gocce di pioggia è arrivato il via libera e il percorso alternativo.

Il serpentone colorato ha così driblato le solite auto incolonnate evitando luoghi ritenuti “sensibili” per poi sfociare, sotto una pioggia battente, all’Arco della Pace.

Si conclude con l’amaro in bocca, quindi, l’edizione milanese della pedalata più colorata del mondo, con la certezza sempre più radicata che a Milano le biciclette sono benvenute fin tanto che stanno nelle vetrine dei negozi e sui cartelloni pubblicitari, ma quando vanno in strada, diventano un problema che non si sa come gestire.
