Convercycle Bike

In molti paesi europei, specie al nord, la bicicletta è un mezzo di trasporto alternativo all’auto, talvolta più gettonato perché versatile, comodo ed efficace. In questa prospettiva rientrano anche la cultura del movimento, l’abbondanza di piste ciclabili e di spazi riservati alle due ruote. Naturale perciò che si vedano tanti modelli diversi di bici, inclusi alcuni particolari per forma e funzionamento.

In quest’ultimo segmento rientra la Convercycle Bike, progetto nato in Germania che – come indica il nome – si fonda su un sistema che trasforma la bicicletta classica in una bici cargo, permettendo così di avere lo spazio disponibile per trasportare le buste della spesa, un seggiolino per bambini oppure libri, attrezzature sportive e qualsiasi altro strumento altrimenti difficile da portarsi dietro senza dover fare attenzione e fatica per pedalare.
Grazie al sistema a doppia cerniera che sposta il portapacchi al centro della bicicletta, il modello assicura capienza e comodità. Una volta che si necessita di spazio, basta sollevare il portapacchi e far scivolare la ruota posteriore estendendo la lunghezza della bici a 2,55 metri e sfruttare il portapacchi in grado di supportare carichi fino a 60 chili.

In many European countries, especially in the north, the bicycle is an alternative means of transport to the car, sometimes more popular because it is versatile, comfortable and effective. This perspective also includes the culture of movement, the abundance of cycle paths and spaces reserved for two wheels. It is therefore natural that we see so many different bike models, including some details in terms of shape and function.

The latter segment includes the Convercycle Bike, a project born in Germany which - as its name indicates - is based on a system that transforms the classic bicycle into a cargo bike, thus allowing you to have the space available to carry shopping bags, a child seat or books, sports equipment and any other instrument that would otherwise be difficult to carry around without having to pay attention and effort to pedal.

Thanks to the double zipper system that moves the luggage rack to the center of the bicycle, the model ensures capacity and comfort. Once you need space, just lift the luggage rack and slide the rear wheel extending the length of the bike to 2.55 meters and take advantage of the luggage rack that can support loads of up to 60 kilos.
